Prohibits franchisors from imposing or collecting fees from Oregon franchisees through unilateral contract changes if the fee was not disclosed in the original franchise agreement or the federal disclosure document required under 16 C.F.R. part 436

Franchisees may sue franchisors who violate the fee prohibition under existing liability provisions in ORS 650.020(3)

Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may issue cease and desist orders against violating franchisors under ORS 650.055(4)

Applies to franchise agreements entered into or renewed on or after the effective date of the Act
