Focuses board work on drugs with price increases exceeding 10% year-over-year, the top 25 drugs driving health plan spending increases, and the top 25 drugs with highest overall healthcare spending

Directs the board to identify supply chain entities that should be subject to transparency reporting and ensure consistent reporting requirements across the prescription drug supply chain

Requires recommendations to protect trade secrets and confidential information by allowing aggregated data reporting

Sunsets on January 2, 2027, and takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment of the 2025 legislative session
