Amends ORS 107.095 to clarify court authority over property rights during pending marital annulment, dissolution, or separation proceedings

Adds the word "exclusive" to specify that courts may grant exclusive temporary use, possession, and control of real or personal property to one party

Maintains existing court powers including ordering temporary support payments, child custody arrangements, restraining orders against molestation or interference, and requiring a party to vacate the family home

Preserves provisions allowing courts to enter limited judgments for support or money awards during pending proceedings, with appeals permitted only after general judgment

Retains requirements for restraining orders to include expiration dates for law enforcement database entry and federal firearm prohibition findings under 18 U.S.C. 922 when applicable
