Integrated pest management plans and lists of approved low-impact pesticides must be made publicly available on the governing body's website, either standalone or as part of the Healthy and Safe Schools Plan

Low-impact pesticide lists cannot include products labeled with "warning" or "danger" signal words, or products classified as human carcinogens or probable/likely human carcinogens under EPA guidelines

Schools with plans adopted before the bill's effective date must review, update, and readopt their plans by January 1, 2027, or five years from their most recent approval, whichever is later

The definition of "campus" is expanded to explicitly include school gardens alongside buildings, playgrounds, athletic fields, and parking lots
