Presidential hiring committees for OHSU must include representatives of the university community and at least one president of an Oregon public university, except when hiring interim or acting presidents

Presidential search committees must include at least one faculty member, one nonfaculty staff member, and one student body member

Representatives from official campus labor organizations may provide comments or reports to the OHSU Board of Directors at regular meetings if requested in advance

Amends ORS 353.050 and 353.060 governing OHSU Board of Directors duties and presidential appointment procedures
