Sets new annual salaries for Oregon judges effective July 1, 2025: Chief Justice of Supreme Court at $224,784, other Supreme Court judges at $220,596, Chief Judge of Court of Appeals at $220,596, other Court of Appeals judges at $216,336, circuit court judges at $204,060, and Oregon Tax Court judge at $209,532.

All judicial salaries increase to 110 percent of the 2025 levels on July 1, 2027, plus any cost-of-living adjustments under ORS 292.428.

Authorizes the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to establish judicial education requirements, an ombudsman's office within the State Court Administrator's office to address court concerns, rules for resolving judicial performance issues, and individualized action plans including mandatory education, coaching, or mentoring for judges.

Increases General Fund appropriations to the Judicial Department by $11,328,430 for judicial compensation and $1,909,655 for operations to implement the new provisions.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage; passed House June 23, 2025 and Senate June 24, 2025.
