Corporations incorporated in Oregon or foreign corporations authorized to transact business in the state must annually file an affidavit attesting they registered or attempted to register with the United States Selective Service System

The affidavit must be filed with the Department of Revenue at the time the corporation files its corporate excise or income tax return under ORS chapter 317 or 318

Failure to file the required affidavit results in disallowance of all Oregon tax subtractions and credits claimed on the corporation's return

Corporations have a 3-year window after filing their tax return to submit a late affidavit and come into compliance
