Amends ORS 327.254 to add agricultural science and technology programs to the list of statewide education initiatives eligible for funding from the Statewide Education Initiatives Account

Authorizes the Oregon Department of Education to fund grants for managing agricultural science and technology programs of study during summer months between school years, as described in ORS 327.915

Draws funding from the Fund for Student Success, which already supports initiatives including high school graduation programs, school meals, youth reengagement, school safety, and equity initiatives
