Registered vehicle owners may request that their registration card include a notation indicating that the owner or a person operating the vehicle has limited English language proficiency

Amends ORS 803.370 to add this option to the vehicle registration application requirements

Amends ORS 803.500 to require the Department of Transportation to include the limited English proficiency notation on registration cards when requested

Expands on existing law that already allows registration cards to note when an owner or operator is deaf or hard of hearing
