Workers may continue appealing a notice of claim closure while actively enrolled in vocational training programs

Permanent total disability compensation may be redetermined when a worker ceases vocational training, in addition to the existing redetermination for work disability

Workers may postpone selection of and enrollment in a training program until after their claim closure becomes final, including completion of any appeals
