Required disclosures include expenses with salary and benefit information for each employee classification and individual executives

Hospitals must report investments and investment returns by asset class, along with associated prospectuses or asset management plans, plus trusts or assets held for future use including real estate

Hospitals without websites must provide the financial information in hard copy form in each reception area

Oregon Health Authority will adopt rules defining terms and establishing civil penalties for noncompliance under ORS 183.745
