Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs must develop a grant program to fund county veterans' courts, supporting both existing courts and implementation of new courts in counties without them

Grant amounts range from $25,000 minimum to $100,000 maximum per biennium, awarded competitively based on proposals describing need and proposed uses

Counties must commit to providing local resources or matching funding at levels determined by department rule to be eligible for grants

Department must consult with the Advisory Committee under ORS 406.210 when selecting grant recipients and determining funding amounts

Written grant agreements required before disbursement, specifying permissible uses, local funding commitments, and expenditure reporting requirements
