Amends ORS 179.505 to allow disclosure of health care written accounts without patient authorization to the Psychiatric Security Review Board for individuals currently under the board's jurisdiction who are conditionally released to the Department of Corrections

Disclosure must be made as provided in ORS 161.336 and in the manner described in the conditional release order
