Amends ORS 181A.375 to modify the composition of the Fire Policy Committee under the Board on Public Safety Standards and Training

Changes the fire instructor representative position from "one person recommended by and representing a statewide association of fire instructors" to "one person representing fire instructors and recommended by a fire training association"

Maintains all other Fire Policy Committee membership requirements unchanged, including representatives from fire marshals associations, community college fire programs, nonmanagement firefighters, forest protection agencies, and one public member

Passed the House on February 20, 2025 and the Senate on May 21, 2025
