Amends ORS 244.060 to explicitly require public officials and candidates to disclose positions held as officer, director, manager, member, or partner of a business on their statement of economic interest (SEI) forms

Expands disclosure requirements beyond the previous language that only specified "business directorships" to include additional leadership roles

Requires disclosure of the principal address and brief description of each business where such positions are held by the filer or household members

Applies to statements of economic interest filed on or after the effective date of the 2025 Act
