Study must examine aggregate pretrial data, failure-to-appear rates, demographic data of pretrial release populations, and other relevant information

Report due to legislative judiciary committees by May 1, 2027, with data broken down at both statewide and county levels

Judicial Department must assist the commission and provide necessary information, subject to confidentiality laws

All data restricted to statistical purposes only, with individual identities protected and exempt from public disclosure; provisions expire January 2, 2028
