Allows collective bargaining agreements to establish alternative due dates for final wage payments upon termination, provided the due date is clearly defined and not subject to interpretation

Extends penalty wage provisions to employers who fail to pay termination wages by due dates specified in collective bargaining agreements, not just statutory deadlines

Penalty wages accrue at the employee's hourly rate for 8 hours per day from the due date until payment, capped at 30 days maximum

Requires employers in wage disputes to pay all undisputed wages within the timeframe set by statute or applicable collective bargaining agreement

Amends ORS 652.140, 652.150, and 652.160 governing final wage payment timelines and penalties
