Appropriates $840,000 from the General Fund to the Oregon Business Development Department for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025, for distribution to the Oregon Coast Visitors Association

Funds will replicate Iceland's 100% Fish Project, which utilizes fish for nonfood product manufacturing through research and development, light infrastructure investment, and coordination capacity

Budget allocation: $200,000 for employee compensation, $300,000 for research and development fees, $70,000 for marketing and communications, and $270,000 for working assets
