Oregon Department of Transportation must prepare a report on progress revising the written Class C driver license test, due to the Joint Committee on Transportation by September 15, 2026

Report must address progress on translating the test into languages other than English and efforts to increase the test's reading ease

Report must include timeline for when the revised test will be available and description of the revision and translation process

Translation information must detail how ODOT accounted for various dialects and language variations, and the expertise of translation service providers

Reporting requirement sunsets January 2, 2027; act takes effect 91 days after the 2025 regular session adjourns
