Oregon State University Extension Service must develop a statewide Spanish language pesticide education program for farmworkers, pesticide consultants, operators, applicators, and trainees, in cooperation with the State Department of Agriculture

Required Spanish instruction topics include EPA worker protection standards, water quality protection best practices, and safe pesticide handling procedures

OSU must complete the Spanish language version of the online pesticide precertification training program by December 31, 2025, with Extension Service offices and ODA publicizing its availability statewide

Appropriates $744,124 from the General Fund to OSU Extension Service for the Spanish language education program and $40,000 for the precertification program development

Takes effect on the 91st day after the 2025 legislative session adjourns; the precertification program provision (Section 3) repeals on January 2, 2028
