Higher Education Coordinating Commission gains authority to seek court injunctions against persons or career schools violating career school regulations (ORS 345.010 to 345.340)

Injunctions may be filed in Marion County Circuit Court or the circuit court where the violation is occurring, has occurred, or is about to occur

Courts may order violators to stop the activity, remedy the violation, or take action to protect the health, safety, or welfare of enrolled students

Commission may seek injunctions regardless of whether other legal remedies exist, and other regulatory enforcement actions do not bar injunction proceedings
