CORE3 center is a multiagency coordination center for emergency operations under development in Deschutes County

Ten state agencies must collaborate with local and regional officials on CORE3 center development, including Emergency Management, State Fire Marshal, Forestry, Military Department, State Police, and others

All state agencies must incorporate the CORE3 center into their emergency and disaster plans

Each specified agency must evaluate whether financial participation in CORE3 construction or operation serves Oregon residents' long-term interests, and report conclusions to legislative emergency management committees

$15,750,000 appropriated from the General Fund for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025, to fund a grant to the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council for planning, developing, or constructing the CORE3 center
