Establishes the Task Force on Sustainable Aviation Fuel to study ways to further the supply, distribution, and competitiveness of sustainable aviation fuel in Oregon

Task force membership includes representatives from Oregon State University, Oregon Department of Aviation, Department of Revenue, commercial airports with more than 10 million annual passengers, climate/air quality experts, and aviation industry representatives

Report due to an interim legislative committee on aviation by December 15, 2026, covering current fuel availability, incentive mechanisms, feedstock sources, distribution methods, and future research needs

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Fund to Oregon State University through the Higher Education Coordinating Commission to provide staff support for the task force

Task force sunsets December 31, 2026; appointments must be completed by October 1, 2025, with first meeting by November 1, 2025
