Amends ORS 811.540 to increase sentencing guidelines for felony attempting to elude a police officer while remaining in the vehicle (Class C felony)

Oregon Criminal Justice Commission must classify the offense as crime category 6 when the defendant causes property damage or is also convicted of careless driving or DUI from the same episode

Crime category increases to 8 when the defendant has prior eluding convictions, had a passenger under 18 in the vehicle, or is also convicted of reckless driving or recklessly endangering another person

Offense becomes a person felony at crime category 8 when the defendant's actions result in physical injury to another person

Applies to conduct occurring on or after the effective date of the 2025 Act
