Amends ORS 215.030 and 227.030 to modify restrictions on real estate professionals serving on county and city planning commissions

Limits on real estate professionals (no more than two voting members engaged in buying, selling, or developing real estate for profit) now apply only to commissions with five or fewer members

Retains existing restriction that no more than two voting members may be engaged in the same occupation, business, trade, or profession

County planning commissions consist of five, seven, or nine members appointed for four-year terms, with members required to be residents of various geographic areas of the county
