Expands existing law to make deed restrictions unenforceable if they prohibit manufactured dwellings or prefabricated structures on property that allows single-family homes, effective upon the Act's passage for instruments executed on or after that date

Makes HOA governing documents void and unenforceable to the extent they unreasonably restrict siting of manufactured dwellings or prefabricated structures, including as accessory dwelling units, if adopted or amended after the Act's effective date

Extends the repeal date for certain provisions of Oregon Laws 2019 (Sections 9 and 10, chapter 625) from January 2, 2027 to January 2, 2031
