Voids noncompetition agreements between medical professionals (physicians, physician associates, nurse practitioners, naturopathic doctors) and management services organizations, with exceptions for practice sales where the licensee holds at least 10% ownership interest

Voids nondisclosure and nondisparagement agreements between medical professionals and management services organizations, except when part of termination agreements that preserve whistleblower rights to report suspected legal violations

Voids nonsolicitation agreements that restrict medical professionals from recruiting patients or employees after leaving employment, with similar exceptions for 10%+ owners during practice sales (effective January 1, 2026)

Prohibits management services organizations from retaliating against medical professionals who violate these void agreements or report suspected legal violations; retaliation constitutes an unlawful employment practice under ORS chapter 659A

Takes effect 91 days after adjournment of the 2025 legislative session and applies to contracts entered into or renewed after the effective date
