Counties may authorize event venues on land zoned for exclusive farm use if events are held outdoors or in existing farm buildings, limited to 250 attendees maximum, and capped at 30 events per calendar year

Events must be managed by the parcel owner and comply with a parking and traffic management plan to minimize impacts on adjacent farming operations

All events must meet county public health, safety, and fire regulations, and the authorization does not permit construction of any new structures not otherwise allowed

Counties may also authorize additional agri-tourism or commercial events under other existing provisions alongside the new event venue allowance

Amends ORS 215.213 and 215.283 to add "event venue" as a permitted use in exclusive farm use zones across Oregon counties
