Directs analysis of supply and demand implications if petroleum diesel is removed from the Oregon marketplace, using Oil Price Information Service market data

Report with potential legislative recommendations due to interim environmental committees by December 15, 2026; State Departments of Agriculture and Energy jointly provide staff support

Task force sunsets December 31, 2026; act takes effect 91 days after legislative session adjournment
