Establishes state policy goals for electric companies including meeting clean energy targets under ORS 469A.410, reducing wildfire risk, increasing transmission capacity and reliability, and maintaining energy affordability

Takes effect 91 days after the 2025 legislative session adjourns, applying to clean energy plans and integrated resource plans filed after the effective date
