Oregon Department of Education must implement a website-based system for school districts and education service districts to record workplace safety incidents involving employees

Required data includes school district, specific location within school, nature of injuries, whether classified as disabling or nondisabling compensable injury under workers' compensation law, student involvement, and employee de-escalation training status

Recording system must be easy to use for staff, publicly accessible, and available in multiple formats and languages listed by the Secretary of State

System must minimize duplicative reporting, ensure data consistency, and include safeguards to address bias against protected classes of students

Amends ORS 339.309 to require district school board injury reporting policies to align with this new statewide reporting system
