Amends ORS 192.324 to specify that fees for copies of public records filed with a county clerk are governed by the fee schedule established under ORS 205.320

Creates an exception to the general public records fee provisions for county clerk records, aligning them with Secretary of State records that already have separate statutory fee schedules
