Expands drone interference offenses to explicitly include firefighting and search and rescue activities, in addition to law enforcement and emergency response efforts

Recklessly interfering with law enforcement, firefighting, search and rescue, or emergency response using a drone becomes a Class B misdemeanor

Knowingly or intentionally interfering with these same activities using a drone becomes a Class C felony

Repeat offenders with prior drone-related convictions face elevated penalties (Class A misdemeanor for subsequent Class A violations or Class B misdemeanor offenses)

Mandatory forfeiture of the drone upon second or subsequent conviction under this section
