Workers who are otherwise eligible for unemployment insurance benefits will no longer be disqualified from receiving benefits when their unemployment results from a labor dispute in active progress at their place of employment

Repeals existing exceptions that previously allowed benefits only for workers unemployed due to employer lockouts or those not participating in, financing, or directly interested in the labor dispute

Removes provisions that treated multiple employer premises as one location for labor dispute disqualification purposes

Amends ORS 657.176 and 657.200 and repeals section 5 of chapter 43, Oregon Laws 2021

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage
