Each firearm possessed by a convicted felon constitutes a separately punishable offense under ORS 166.270 (felon in possession of a firearm)

Multiple firearms possessed during the same conduct or criminal episode can each be charged as individual crimes, removing the existing "pause in criminal conduct" requirement

Amends ORS 161.067, Oregon's statute governing separately punishable offenses

Applies only to conduct occurring on or after the effective date of the Act
