County clerks are prohibited from using information provided by the Department of Transportation (ODOT) or Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to change or update registration information for voters who are already registered

Registered voters may update their registration information only by submitting a voter registration card through mail, in-person delivery, or the electronic voter registration system

ODOT and OHA data can still be used to register new voters through Oregon's automatic voter registration system, but not to modify existing registrations

Removes the provision allowing voter registration updates to occur automatically when there is a change in required registration information

Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die of the 2025 regular legislative session
