Prohibits landlords of manufactured dwelling parks and marinas from closing their parks to canvassing or solicitation by public officials, candidates for public office, or their proxies

Prevents landlords from prohibiting tenants from placing political signs on their manufactured dwelling, floating home, or rented space

Allows landlords to reasonably regulate the size of political signs and the duration they may be displayed

Requires landlords to allow tenants to prohibit solicitation or post "no soliciting" signs for their individual dwelling unit

Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die of the 2025 regular legislative session
