Amends ORS 653.020 to exempt minor league baseball players from Oregon's wage and hour laws (ORS 653.010 to 653.261), including minimum wage and overtime requirements

Exemption applies only to players under contract with a professional sports organization who are covered by a collective bargaining agreement addressing wages and working conditions

Adds minor league baseball players to an existing list of 20 other exempted categories, including agricultural workers, domestic service workers, and seasonal camp employees
