Appropriates $600,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Education for distribution to the Oregon Coast Visitors Association to promote seafood in public schools for the 2025-2027 biennium

Allocates $350,000 to support seafood harvesters and processors in developing products for public school use

Allocates $150,000 for educational programming, marketing, and procurement of local seafood in public schools

Allocates $70,000 for training public school nutritional staff to prepare local seafood, plus $30,000 for a promotional campaign including recipe development

Appropriates $200,000 to the State Department of Agriculture for local food incentives and product development for school seafood programs, effective July 1, 2025
