Creates a civil cause of action for sexual battery when a person intentionally removes a condom without verbal consent during sexual intercourse, despite a prior agreement to use one

Applies to oral, anal, or vaginal sexual intercourse where the removal causes direct contact between sexual organs, mouth, or anus of the parties

Allows prevailing plaintiffs to recover special and general damages (including emotional distress), punitive damages, reasonable attorney fees and costs, and other equitable relief

Applies only to conduct occurring on or after the effective date

Takes effect on the 91st day after the 2025 regular legislative session adjourns
