Oregon Ocean Science Trust gains authority to establish competitive grants for nonregulatory management programs at designated rocky habitat sites

$300,000 appropriated from the General Fund to the Oregon Ocean Science Fund for the 2025-2027 biennium to fund these competitive grants and administrative costs

Emergency clause makes the act effective July 1, 2025
