Requires the Secretary of State to verify that registered agent addresses for business entities are physical street addresses, not mail forwarding services, virtual offices, or commercial mail receiving agencies

Allows commercial mail receiving agencies as principal office, records office, or principal address only when the business entity's principal executive offices are physically located at the same address as the commercial mail receiving agency

Enables business entities to request that the Secretary of State protect their physical street address from public disclosure when using a commercial mail receiving agency at the same location as their principal executive offices

Amends address requirements across multiple business entity types including corporations (ORS 60), LLCs (ORS 63), nonprofit corporations (ORS 65), and limited partnerships (ORS 70)

Takes effect immediately upon passage under emergency declaration for public peace, health, and safety
