Oregon Business Development Department must create a program to reimburse companies for federal tariffs paid on goods imported through the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay

Eligibility requires companies to relocate their headquarters to Oregon after the act's effective date and physically perform a majority of headquarters work in the state

Companies receive full reimbursement of tariffs upon submitting records demonstrating amounts paid

Legislative Assembly intends to maintain the reimbursement program for a minimum of 20 years

Establishes the Tariff Offset Fund in the State Treasury, separate from the General Fund, with moneys continuously appropriated to the department for program administration
