Amends ORS 658.750 to require Department of Consumer and Business Services rules for farmworker camp registration to be consistent with federal health and safety standards from the Employment and Training Administration and OSHA

Farmworker camps with housing construction begun on or after April 3, 1980 must comply with OSHA standards under 29 C.F.R. part 1910.142 as in effect on January 1, 2025

Farmworker camps with housing construction completed or in progress before April 3, 1980 may comply with either OSHA standards or Employment and Training Administration standards under 20 C.F.R. part 654.404 et seq.

Shifts registration standard from state department rules to federal regulations, requiring the department to register camps that meet federal health and safety requirements

Becomes operative on January 1, 2028
