Oregon Department of Administrative Services must award a $2,500,000 grant to a public benefit nonprofit corporation by January 1, 2026, to provide regional housing coordination services supporting market rate housing development

Grant recipient must provide up to five regional subgrants across Oregon and coordinate with the Regional Solutions Program

Coordination services include informing employers about housing coinvestment opportunities, connecting local governments with investment partners, and maintaining a collection of available housing resources at all government levels

Department must report on grant results to a Legislative Assembly interim housing committee by September 15, 2027

Program sunsets January 2, 2028; takes effect July 1, 2025 as an emergency measure
