Amends ORS 30.260 to add commissions formed under ORS 381.702 to 381.755 (local government commissions to replace Columbia River bridge crossings) to the definition of "public body" under the Oregon Tort Claims Act

Extends Oregon Tort Claims Act protections and liability framework to interstate bridge replacement commissions formed by local governments

Applies only to tort claims arising on or after the effective date of the Act
