Amends ORS 280.070 to require ballot titles for local option tax measures to include the proposed tax rate as part of the question presented to voters

For renewal measures at the same rate, requires a statement that "The current rate will remain the same" along with estimated dollar amounts of property taxes due on median, 50%, and 200% of median maximum assessed value

For renewal measures at a higher rate, requires disclosure of the percentage increase over the current rate and estimated dollar amounts of the tax increase at median, 50%, and 200% of median maximum assessed value

Mandates inclusion of a statement explaining voter options if the measure is rejected, including that the governing body may propose another measure, citizens may propose an initiative petition, and revenues for funded services will end
