Expires judgment remedies for convictions in municipal or justice courts for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana that occurred prior to July 1, 2015, overriding the standard expiration timeline in ORS 18.194

Individuals whose monetary obligations expire under this act are deemed to have fully completed their sentence with respect to those financial requirements

Enables affected individuals to pursue setting aside their conviction under ORS 137.225, ORS 475C.397, or other applicable statutes without outstanding fines as a barrier

Takes effect on the 91st day after the 2025 regular session of the 83rd Legislative Assembly adjourns
