Amends ORS 676.110 to update requirements for health care professionals using the title "doctor," requiring they hold a doctoral degree in their field and be licensed by a health professional regulatory board or working under a board-approved residency contract

Expands the definition of "material" requiring profession designation to include electronic matter, social media, and professional name badges, in addition to printed advertising, billboards, signs, and professional notices

Requires any health care professional using the "doctor" title to display their specific profession designation at least one-fourth the size and legibility of the largest text on all materials

Adds podiatric physicians licensed under ORS 677.805 to 677.840 to the list of practitioners exempt from restrictions, allowing them to use the title "podiatric physician" alongside existing exemptions for chiropractic physicians, naturopathic physicians, and optometrists
