Establishes the E-Oregon Task Force with 17 members to evaluate creating a coordinated electronic portal for Oregon residents to apply for licenses, registrations, certifications, ID cards, and permits needed for business and common transactions

Task force includes representatives from the Governor, state agencies, large/medium/small businesses, labor, higher education, county and city governments, students, and an IT expert, plus four nonvoting legislators

Portal solution must reduce complexity of interactions with state and local agencies, group similar tasks into streamlined procedures, and protect information security and privacy

State agencies issuing permits or credentials must compile and submit catalogs of all such documents within 90 days of a task force request

Task force must submit report with legislative recommendations by December 15, 2026, with the task force sunsetting December 31, 2026; declared an emergency effective upon passage
